Cancellation Issues

Over a month ago, I stopped receiving NBC (the main channel that I watch) due to AT&Ts contract dispute with NBC. In addition, I’m am frequently having issues with my service, and just get spun in circles any time a try to get assistance. I have attempted calling in, using chat forums, and going to AT&T stores and have been lied to and told different stories every time. I have been promised $30 would be taken off of my past 2 bills, yet it has still not happened (I have the conversations recorded where I was told this). When I tried to cancel my service, I was transferred to some loyalty department after nearly an hour of jumping through hoops, where I told the lady I spoke with that I did not want my service turned back on, yet I was still billed for the past month. I have literally spent over 5 hours trying to get my issues addressed, and ultimately my service disconnected, with no luck.

I am running out of patience with the whole situation, and am soo over AT&T. Can anyone provide any assistance on how to go about officially dropping AT&T, as they have done nothing but lie to me and drag this out! Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
