Cancelled Service told to drive 20+ miles to return your equipment to a certain UPS store

We just cancelled our U-verse tv and internet because of your outrageous price increases and poor service that goes out for no reason all the time.  Now we are told we have to drive 20+ miles away to a UPS store to send you the old equipment.  That is ridiculous.  Please let me know a reasonable way that we can send this back to you.

 

Also, your website is not user friendly when trying to contact anyone.  The survey doesn't let you respond and this was the only way I could find to contact someone online.

Please send me a box then with shipping labels to return all the equipment.  We were not given this option and told to take it to UPS but it is far away.
