Cancelling U-Verse Service

Hello - My husband and I are planning to cancel our U-verse service that includes (U-verse cable...not Direct TV) and Internet.  I have looked everywhere on the 'myAT&T' mobile app and also gone to att.com/myatt  online.  The online account keeps trying to get me to merge my accounts, but when I try, it just says I don't have another account to merge.  All I'm trying to find out is if there is a termination fee, and if so, how much it is for terminating my services.  Does anyone know where to find this information?  Thank you!!!

We can address your inquiry about termination fees, ainnjay.

 

If you visit our website, you'll find both the AT&T U-verse TV and AT&T Internet cancellation and early termination policies.

 

Per the policies, you’ll be charged an Early Termination Fee (ETF) if you disconnect your AT&T service more than 14 days after activation, and you have a term commitment. The fee ranges from $15 to $180, depending on how many months you've had your service.

 

To find out if you'll be charged an ETF for each service, since they're not bundled, you'll need to give us a call at 800-288-2020.
