Can’t log into Showtime app

Every time I try to log into the Showtime app I get an error saying I don’t have a subscription.  I have U450 package and can watch showtime on my tv.  My U-verse login works for all other channel’s apps HBO max, STARZ etc.  my U-verse login also works to log into the U-verse app.  

I get the showtime no subscription error on all devices iPhone, iPad and Apple TV.

Hey there maxmaximus, we'd be happy to help you sign in to the Showtime app!

 

Try the following troubleshooting options to refresh your account authorization:

  • Reset your AT&T account password. This will re-sync your account and can re-authorize your online access.
  • Make sure that you're selecting the correct TV provider. For example, make sure you're selecting U-verse TV and not DirecTV or AT&T TV.
  • Make sure that you're entering the correct password. Try typing it in manually, instead of letting your device do it if the password is saved.
  • Clear the app's cache. Settings > iPhone Storage > Tap on the App Icon > Open Your Settings App > Locate the Showtime app > Tap on Clear Data > Tap Ok.
  • Try rebooting your receiver. Press and hold the power button (located on the left side of the receiver) for 10 seconds. Unplugging the power cord from the wall outlet for 10 seconds is another option.
