Change TV plan

I presently have the U-Family TV plan and I want to change to a Basic Plan plus HD DVR service, but I don't see how to do that on the website.

While you can upgrade, you cannot downgrade on the website.

You'll have to call CS 1-800-288-2020. Ask for 'retentions'.

Good luck with that phone number or any other means imaginable. I've been trying to downgrade my U-verse service since February...

@DragRacerX seriously...I was actually trying to upgrade a bit and there is apparently some issue with it - I’m supposed to cal that number. I sat on hold for 90 minutes yesterday and today and can’t get through. As far as I can tell there is no other way to reach a person. The “live chat” is garbage. Guess I won’t upgrade, and I’d better not get billed if I don’t get the service!

Thanks for the responses, but my problem is not solved. I have waited on hold at 800-288-2020 for over an hour and waited in the online "Chat", but I have never been connected with anyone from AT&T.
