Channel lineup

I am trying to "customize my channel lineup".  When doing this,  ATT presents an ALPHABETICAL channel listing on the TV monitor.   To make it easy for me I would like to refer to a hard copy of a lineup similar to THEALPHABETICAL lineup that ATT presents on the website ATT.COM/CHANNELLINEUP but in NUMERICAL order.

HOW CAN I GET A NUMERICAL LINEUP FROM  ATT.  I have the U300 option.

That's a problem...and here's why:  Each viewing area (re: Dallas vs. Detroit) will have different LOCAL channel listings.  While premium channels (Showtime, Starz, etc.) and paid channels (HGTV, Hallmark, etc) are the same, LOCAL channels differ according to area.  My Fox channel is 4/1004.  My CBS channel is 11/1011.  My ABC channel is 8/1008, etc.  I'll  assume yours is different. For that reason, ATT does not offer a printed version for a specific area.  Many different versions would have to compiled and printed.

The only way to customize your channel lineup is to use the "Favorites" option instead of the Guide.  I like deleting all channels I have no interest in or don't get in my U300.

Question:  How are you seeing an ALPHABETICAL listing on your TV screen?  The only options for changing the Guide view/style is either "Grid" or "Channel list" and both are numerical.

I've done that but I don't have the patience to go thru 2000 channels to do
it. I would like to just got thru the channels that are in the U300 option.

Can you provide a link to those instruction because that's not how it works.

The instructions at this  LINK offer no option to change the On Screen Guide from numerical to alphabetical

Again, there is no printed numerical channel lineup offered so your only option is to "Hide Channels" or set up a "Favorites" list.
