cheated again

I moved from AT T to Direct in the ATT store at the salesmanship suggestion in Jan. I can't get AT&T to stop billing me. Help!

My internet is now disconnected. I can no longer pay for double cable...single parent. I have had AT&T phones, internet and cable for over 10 years. I made this change to Direct Tv at AT And Ts suggestion for a discount on my bundled services. I was intimidated by a team of 4 men who came to my home and installed Direct Tv badly (Direct TV had to come fix what they did ) over an almost 8 hour period. They moved my cable and internet out of my study and into my bedroom dispute my objections. Blinking lights now keep this insomniacs awake. I have been a loyal customer over a long period of time and this is the treatment I receive in return. The day I made the switch and ordered a new tablet from the AT&T store was a nightmare. I spent 4 hours There over 2 days. The salesman ordered the wrong tablet and I had to return it. The installation of Direct Tv was horrible. ATT refuses to fix my billing. As soon as my contracts are up,...I'm done with AT&T
