collects-debt settlement
i was with att uverse, my account went to ics systems, we agreed to a settlement, i made my first payment 4-29-22, i was calling in to make the final payment, she said the account had went back to att. this is not fair, we made a settlement and i followed through on my part. who do i speak with today.

In order to get this matter completed, you will need to contact AT&T "Billing" at 1-800-288-2020 and ask for Billing. When you get the Billing rep on the line ask then to transfer to collections.
Please update us if you are able to get this final payment made.
