Complaint Letter

Where would I mail a complaint letter to ATT?  I cannot find an address on the website or on my bill.

I would also be happy to send an e-mail if I knew it was going to an escalated cases group.

My experience with the call center was less than satisfactory.

Google is your friend for where to send a letter to ATT.

or

You can send a private message to the escalation team at ATT Customer Care and someone will get in touch with you in two to three business days to help you get a resolution to your problems.

DITTO the help center and Supervisor ***** is useless when trying to make a complaint. My complaint was excessive hold time, 41+ minutes, before reaching anyone "live" and he had NO Idea how to help me or who transfer me to, come on please hire more competent, efficient employees!!

I am dealing with the same garbage as the person ahead of me. ATT seems to think it is fine to waste a customers time or to consistently ignorre a customers request for help. They are great at passing the buck.

The Customer Service team follows no protocols and when this ocurrs the only service you will get is bad. How could it be anything other than bad if issues are not handled in the same consistent manner.

I made the mistake of leaving Verizon due to price. I honestly never thought Customer Service with such a large company could be so bad.

I was promised a monthy discount because I have DirectV service. After 10 months still have not been credited.

I finally spoke to a Rep today, Edward but he said he couldnt talk to me because my wife's name is on the account. Big deal? This is why I provided them a 4 digit passcode so I wouldnt have this problem. However this was not good enough for Edward. He thinks this passcode is so people do not have to provide their whole social security number.

Is there anyone at ATT that can handle my account from start to  finish? I am tired of dealing with representatives who have absolutely no clue on the process at ATT.

Could someone tell me what the payoff number would be for me to close this account?

My acct # is ***
