I am sick and tired of having to always call regarding why my bill has gone up. I am sick of being told that a special offer expired. I am a senior citizen, have been with you forever and do not understand why you gave your employees bonuses on the backs of your customers. I understand that the new tax code is helping everyone, but to always raise the customers rates is unforgivable.. You do not offer a discount for long time customers or for senior citizens but you do offer low pricing to obtain new customers. While I suffer with the higher bills. For the little you offer your long time customers I am surprised that you are still in business. You do not care about your customers only about collecting more money. Senior citizens live on set incomes and can not afford your high rates. So what are you going to do about it, as in yesterday? I will be waiting for an answer while also looking into switching companies. We will see what you can offer loyalty and seniors all in one answer.
