Confirmation of terms - new 12 month arrangement

Yesterday, spoke with ATT rep. Current 12 month "deal" expiring. He gave me pricing for new 12 month term. I agreed to it and asked for it in writing. I see nothing here (my ATT logon). How do I get this info in writing?

You should get an email. If you didn't get one, call again and ask for the order number.

Retaining same equipment and services. Nothing changes but monthly cost that is lower. With past agreements have gotten a doc that confirms the verbal deal. Besides I like things in writing. No surprises later.
