Constantly down
My family and I transferred to Stockton, against my better judgement we signed up for ATT Uverse internet/TV. Our service is down nearly a minute or two for every hour on. Ready to go with comcast

I am going to recommend our Troubleshoot and Resolve Tool, which can be found on our AT&T website, but I have provided you the link for this tool. This is a great tool which helps you solve the issue you are having and is also very user-friendly.

removed HBO which had been given as a perk. Lesson learned " don't complain
about the bad service or it will get worse"
