The service is overpriced and charges go up every month with out explanation. Deceptive trade practices are asumed as no indication of drop or adding of new charges.

You should instead click this Customer Service link to send a Private Message (PM) to the AT&T customer service team to help you resolve your request. You can speed things up by including your name, Billing Account Number and the best way and time to reach you.
However, let me note that AT&T charges do not "go up every month." They may go up:
In January, when TV and Voice services undergo an annual increase
In February or March, when Internet services undergo an annual increase
Once each quarter when the FUSC fee is changed (can actually also go down)
