Customer Complaint
When I agreed to have Uverse internet and home phone installed I was never advised by the AT&T CSR about the following problems that I have encountered since they were installed:
- never asked if I had a home burglar alarm. After Uverse was installed my alarm would not interface with Uverse.
-never was advised that my international calling plan would be dropped and that I would have to set it back up again.
-never told that my bundled Direct TV/ATT Account would be dropped.
I spent over two hours on the phone with three different ATT CSR's and 2 different Direct TV CSR's trying to get everything resolved...unacceptable! I am extremely disappointed with the disastrous customer service I experienced.
