Customer Loyalty Group is a Joke

It’s always some scheme with this company.  Hidden fees, overcharges and automatically adding services to your account that you did not ask for.  They charged me  for NBA league passed that we did not request and said it automatically renews. We had no knowledge of this but AT&T said they sent out some reminders that we never received.  The Customer Loyalty Group is on loyal to AT&T.  We will be ending this service ASAP.

PS.  not only am I paying for the service.  AT&T took NBA away completely.  Now I am paying for a service I don’t have.
