customer service is no such a thing

With your sub-standard service and crappy customer service, you have lost me as a loyal customer for over 20+ years.

When my wireless plan is up (6 months), I will cancel all of my services (phone, TV, internet and wireless {about $400 a month} to one of your competitors.

Afer switching to U-verse, I have had nothing but problems

@i82much55    That's why we use ATT Customer Care for CS and ATT Uverse Care for TS here.

 

Get everything taken care of by them.  Click the one you need in my Sig below.  Send the PM adding all the info below

 

This is not the regular CS/TS phone people, but the social media Community Specialists that know the people to contact to get things done and gone above and beyond for me.  

 

Include your name, account #, email address and a good phone # (land or cell) and time to contact you on.

Check the blue PM envelope, upper right on every page, for their reply. They can do more than any phone rep and stick w/it till it's done. Good luck 😉

I guess what other people read is of more importance than actually solving the problem,
Why else would you need 2 different "groups"?

Same thing at the 1-800 line, can get CS/Sales or Tech Support, 2 different department.

 

Difference here, ATT Uverse Care can also do everyting ATT Customer Care covers, but Uverse Care's main thing is Tech Support. 

 

If they don't get a Customer Care PM covered, then the FB/Twitter Social Media Managers will cover them and always at nite and weekends possibly respond by email, not PM. 😉

You see I'm old school, you know when customer service was done "in house" and not farmed out
That way the people actually cared about solving the problem,
I wonder exactly how much money is saved by having one group fix the problems the first group couldn't handel
This isn't the first time I've had problems and sorry to say probably won't be the last

Well I got in touch with the social media expert and was treated about the same, only this time they didn't have a accent
Was told the transfer would take a couple of days to go through and it now has been 5 days and it is still being processed
In the meantime, I get a bill every other day saying I have a credit or I owe
Then they send me a text wanting me to take a survey on my experience with CS
Sure will be glad when/if this gets straighten out
