damaged tv
In december i had a customer service call to 674 garfield lake bluff il and the phone number associated with account is ***. Patrick shriner is the name on the account.
After several customer service calls several ,attempts were made to restore service and were unsuccessful. After a call from your service man he noted an imprint of the att logo on the screen. He noted he was going to note it in his report and to file a claim for replacement of the tv.
Its an lg 46" and once i get a response i will forward hou a picture.

I highly doubt that AT&T will accept this claim.
It is a known issue with older Plasma and OLED TV screens where if you keep your TV on with a "paused" screen with no movement the image will be burned into the Pixals after some time.
AT&T does have a screensaver built in to all receivers for when a screen is idle for to long, this screensaver will display the AT&T logo that will move around which should prevent the burning of an image.
However it would not be AT&Ts fault if an image was burned into your TV screen as you had the ability to prevent this from happening by simply turning your TV off after using it, if you made the personal decision to keep the TV on AT&T would not be liable for damage.

Must have had a real old (or real cheap) TV then, last 10 years or so, most TVs have been made to resist any burn in.
