deceptive billing.
I was promised a certain price a couple months ago when I couldn't receive DirecTV, a quote of only 170 a month, but every month the bill is not that. I have to call every month and get a run around, and each time a manager gets on to assure me it's fixed and the bill will reflect 170 from now on well, next month roll around and the same thing happens over and over again, I'm tired of this cat and mouse game. If you are going to quote a customer a price stick to it, don't come up with all these excuses, I've beén with this phone service for decades and decided to get. the t.v and internet but I have had it, will be lookiñg for something else soon. this company need to take pride in their customers and stop lying and decieving them.
