Door to Door Sales
Last weekend there were several AT&T sales people walking around my Atlanta neighborhood in orange shirts and khaki pants attempting to sell GB internet service. Towards the end of the day, a group of kids were playing outside and a car with at least two of the AT&T people inside drove up to where the kids were playing basketball. Upon approaching, the kids' ball rolled into the street. Since the kids didn't want to run out in front of their car, they were waiting for a signal from the driver to tell them to get the ball or for the car to pass. Instead, the men yelled to the kids, "you lost something," and then proceeded to roll over their ball and bust it. Not exactly the type of people I would want doing my door to door sales. I suppose I shouldn't be that surprised, but it was just a mean thing to do to a bunch of kids playing basketball on a summer day.
