Double charged AND double billed
Does anyone know of 1-800 numbers or executive customer service numbers where I can get speedy service without having to go through customer service rep who can't really assist me with my issues?
Also does anyone have an address for AT&T where I can send my complaint?
It has been 2 days, 2 supervisors and too many wasted hours!
Wireless and Uverse managers can't even trust each other, how am I supposed to trust them!

I understand that this has taken some time to respond, but I didn't have any more time to waste on this matter. I am a single mom, public school teacher who pays support to an ex that won't get a job - My plate is full!
Below are the last two people I spoke with: I could list more, including a woman I was routed to in China who worked by herself, and obviously couldn't help me (??) - but that just wastes everyone's time.
On the 4th call in this matter I first spoke with Brittney. She passed me off to her manager Will, who really tried to solve this for me but was getting slack from a colleague. I thought he was genuinely concerned when he promised he would get back to me...and then he didn't.

I spoke with a manager Cathrine 2x - on October 4, 18 around 3:30 for almost 2 hours and 6pm - She also promised to call me back.
Please look into this matter for me. Among the double charge, my gift cards for signing up with Uverse are going to expire. I have not used them as to not nullify this complaint. I was told I would receive $300 in GC. The lady added an extra bonus card because I was grandfathered in due to my long standing customer with ATT Mobil.

I spoke with a manager Cathrine 2 x on OCT. 4 for over 2 hours. She also promised to call me back!
Among other issues, when I signed up for UVERSE, the lady gave me some gift cards. She promised $300 because I was grandfathered in due to my longevity as a cell phone customer. I only received $150. I have not used them so that this complaint would not become null.
I am a single mom, public school teacher who pays support to my ex that won't get a job! I don't have time to re-explain my situation. Please look into this and get back to me - hopefully! Thanks!

Without sharing personal information (which btw is banned on these forums) how would you expect anyone to "find out about this incident"? I mean, social media is great but it's not magical.
We know your username and your location and you've posted a few other times with general information. Beyond that, there is no info that can help solve your situation.

I smell a "FISH" Just a simple call being directed to ATT Billing Dept, wouldn't you saaaaay? lol The dead give away is the "so called" expired Debit gift cards. I guess he decided not to cash in.............??

I actually did share the names and id # of those I did talk with in customer service. They were about as helpful as you.
You know, if you don't have anything positive or constructive to add you should probably magically disappear from this thread

@Notsohappyy Very Sorry for butting in as did not see any update from your previous writings going back. You said Customer Service was not helpful at all. How about the Accounting/Billing dept people to resolve Directly with you?
Again, VERY sorry for my harsh words. I was out of line!
