early termination fee

  I was having all kind of problems with direct tv, to me it is just no good. I called to be put back on att uverse and was told that I owed a 320.00 early termination fee. I told them that I would pay the fee and then I wanted all of their services cut off. They put me in touch with the retention department. I was told by the person that the early termination fee would be waived if I signed back up with Uverse. I did this and have been fighting the early termination fee for three months. I have been promised five or six times that the fee would be taken off. It has not happened yet. Does anyone know a number or an email address that I can call or send an email too that I will be listen to and not lied to. It is hard for me to believe that a company as large as ATT cannot do what they say and do it in a timely manner. If anyone has had this problem please send me some information on how to resolve this problem.  Thankyou very much Michael

I would call "retentions" again to get them to straighten that out (if they can).
