Early Termination Fee

On my last bill, there are two early termination fees on my account, both for $90. I was also charged for an entire month of service for my last month, even though I cancelled on March 15, and the billing period started on March 14. What can I do about this? No one on the phone is ever helpful.

If you were under contract, there is an ETF (Early Termination Fee).  I believe it's $15 for each month left.  Did you have internet also?

 

The new policy is to bill through the end of a billing cycle.

I had internet as well, but I had that for two and a half years and figured
that wouldn’t have an early termination fee.

Does that mean early termination fees can be prorated?
