Emergency Help with Payment Arrangement

Need help please?! Extending Payment Arrangement, I was in a bad car accident with severe spinal injuries. I’m out of work due to it, I have assistance, lawsuit settlement, unemployment, friends helping, etc. A friend helping out was supposed to receive a check, he’s self employed, it didn’t come, can I please have a few more days for past due balance?! Definitely money coming this week, prayerfully early this week! I need WiFi n phone for lawyer, doctors, n kids! Please help?!
