Escalate U-Verse Customer Service
I am trying to send a follow up complaint to the Executive Customer Service(Office of the President Contact Form)) but the when I submit the form on the investor relations page, I receive the message" the specified url cannot be found". I have tried Chrome, Firefox and IE but none of these sites work. I used it last week and need some follow up to an already escalated issue. Any other way I can send an email or reach the executive service.

Very very disappointed in AT&T. I have given up after spending hours and hours with customer service. Today interfaced with then called Customer Royalty and spoke to XXX and his boss YYU from ZZZZ. First spent more than an hour with Adam who had no answers. His Boss lied to me that he will call me within 2 minutes just to get off the call and never called back. Its been 6 hours. I wonder what kind of service is AT&T providing and what kind of people are you hiring. I am the most patient customer and have been with AT&T for 12 years. Now I have switched all services over and have only gained frustration and lies, avoidance, wastage of my time. Need escalation contact
I see some traction and they refunded by charges. Thanks for the acting after all
