Expiring Promotion

Hello,

My name is Reda Amer, I moved to New Orleans, LA in 2012 and since that time I'm a customer of at&t. My current tv&internet promotion will be ended at the end of this month. I called the customer services several time to find any good pormotions to keep my services but I could not find a customer agent to help. The last one I talk with her today her name is Melanie Hobs and all of her answers is "That is all we can do", "That is all we can offer".

I am sorry, i got a very bad experience from at&t customer service.

THIS GOES BACK TO SEPT OF LAST YEAR WHEN MY PLAN WAS UP FOR RENEWAL, BEING ON TOP OF THINGS, I PROMTLY CONTACTED ATT VIA CHAT AND WAS PROMISED A BETTER RATE THEN WHAT I CURRENTLY HAD.  I WAS VERY HAPPY AND SO HAPPY I HAD MADE THE SWITCH FROM COMCAST....UNTIL, THE FIRST BILL CAME.   IT WAS DOUBLED WHAT I WAS PAYING!!!  MANY CALLS, CHATS ETC AND THEY NEVER HONORED WHAT WAS PROMISED AND CLEARLY IN MY FILE.  THE REASON WAS THE REP. MADE AN ERROR AND THE PLAN HAD EXPIRED ONE WEEK AFTER I WAS PROMISED THE NEW CONTRACT.

 

So, since then my internet sucks, i have basic tv service, of course with none of the channels I was watching before.  NOW I HATE ATT, but feel stuck.  I see all this commerical and specials on line but for some reason, I cannot get them.  It makes no sense to me, the first year was great, but when the $89 a month specail was up and the bill double the service has been horrible.  WHY?
