Fed up with AT&T
I just spent 1.5 hours on a chat with a foreign (non-USA) call center.
I asked polite simple and direct questions about issues revocleing about my bill which was not correct. All answers were evasive. Upon polite instance on an answer they simply ignored me.
I then called the phone number, I asked politely to be transferred to a USA based English speaking human. The woman either hung up on me or the call dropped during transfer.
This is NOT acceptable customer service.
How do I reach a human in a USA based call center?

its luck of the draw and they dont have a way to transfer to a us person you call and get who you get . my assumption is that your bill increased dramatically which is usually promotions running out but at any rate this is a customer populated forum and not at&t

I agree with you AT&T is the worst and doesn’t help you at all. Hear soon I’m going to try going viral and spread the word about their terrible service.

Welcome to the global economy. Offshore call centers are a fact of life & have been for more than twenty years now. As long as Americans will only work call center positions for $25 per hour, while offshore workers will work for a fraction of that, it will be the norm. Remember- *you* pay for any difference in the salaries.
