I would like to provide feedback to customer service. I was charged two charges on my credit card by AT&T which I do not recognize one on 5/9 and one on 5/26. When I contacted AT&T, I spoke to 4 people with that person telling me I needed to speak to someone in fraud prevention. I was telling the fraud prevention person my issue, when she put me back into the cue. I finally gave up and am just going to deny the charges through my credit card company. There was no service on the customer service line. Very disappointing and one of the reasons I will never switch to AT&T wireless or internet.

@ldaniel40 I am a loss to how ATT got your credit card #? In more than 7 3/4 years ATT has never made an errant charge to my credit card for ATT Uverse/Internet.
