Fiber coming to neighborhood but I'm being left out... help!

Hi, Heartland Midwest has been in my Overland Park, KS neighborhood this past month laying fiber for the upcoming Gigapower product .. the only problem, they are not coming to my house and I need to know who to contact to ensure my home will be included.

 

So here's what I think is happening.  I build a home in an established neighborhood about 7 1/2 years ago.  For some reason, my address doesn't show up in many online databases and I think AT&T is not even aware I exist.  When I search my neighbors homes, for instance, it says they have Uverse available but when I search my own address they do not offer it.

 

Who can I contact to make sure fiber gets run to my house while they are in our neighborhood doing work?  When I say they are coming to every other house I mean... they are laying it to all of the 205 homes in my subdivision EXCEPT for me!  Please help!!!
