File a complaint

Where can I file a complaint?  I have been lied two by several sales reps but still agreed to purchase U-verse.  I want someone to talk with someone to let them know how badly I have been treated.

I was promised my old phone numbers on April 6 when I ordered my service on April 6, 2018. Installation was April 10, 2018, but I was given temporary numbers (2 lines) and was directed to call AT&T to get my old numbers 'ported over'. I did immediately, and was told I would have my old numbers in 8 days, but to be sure and keep my old service. I kept my old service. Every eight days, with one exception, I called AT&T as my numbers were NOT ported over. Every time I was promised it would be done in 8 days.  On June 6, 2016 it was finally completed. Over the course of all this, I was promised AT&T would make it right, as I literally had half a service, I could call out, but no one could call in as no one had my number, except the security companies that made sales calls on me to whom AT&T shared my number. There was no point in sending out the temporary numbers, as I was supposed to get my old numbers back in 8 days! Finally, after 2 months to the day, I had my old numbers, so I went through the 45 minute process of getting some credit on my bill.  After being transferred to 3 different people, a very polite young lady said she could help me with that, as I was obviously highly inconvenienced, and told me she could give me $10 credit.......I had paid two months worth of two phone lines and internet service, and she acted as if she was really doing me a favor. I was livid! For the first time in the 2 month saga, I lost my temper. Today is June 8, and I have been trying everything I can think of to get someone to respond to me without success. Is there anyone out there that can help me be heard?

I was not lied.  The small print tells it all.  It is wonderful that you can not rely on att representatives to help you with your purchasing needs.  I went to the local att store to change my plan for 'next' to the offer where I could pay $40 a phone(and I have 4 phones).  Thought I was going down to $160 a month vs $213 a month.  Walked away happy and pleased.  Got my first bill and guess what?  no I was no longer happy.  I was paying $211 dollars for my change in plans.  Not that I don't appreciate the $2 savings but it is a far cry from the $53 I thought I was going to save.  Gotta love the small prints where you are destined to get screwed.  Great customer service not informing the customer of ALL charges.  Like Leo said in Lethal weapon, 'they f**k you in the drive thru'.  Only here you have to go into the building sit around have a lovely time thinking you are saving money for your family and when the bill comes, it's like they handed you your wrong order in the drive thru.   Seriously, very poor business practices.  I am not saying the customer is always right, but they will always be the customer so you need to find a better way to make a buck.
