Final attempt to get my partial months credit from AT&T

Well after calling att uverse billing department over 5 times, this is my final attempt to get help. Att owes me $47 dollars and change from a partial months credit after cancelling service. I'm so frustrated with att and their customer service. Now maybe they'll understand why I cancelled my service of TV, internet, and phone.
