Free tv promo is a lie
I was offered a free device promo but instead they sent me a claim form for a visa gift card. I have been calling customer service, reward center and the retention department and no one seems to help. I'm so frustrated that I'm thinking of canceling my service and going with a better company. And worst of all the internet goes out during a certain during the day and it magically comes back in a couple of hours later.

Contact ATT Uverse Care on the link in my signature.
Send them a private message, on this link, and they should be able to give the help needed to solve your Uverse service Internet and device promo problems. They are available M-F 8am-11pm Eastern time (also around on weekends), response may take up to 2 business days.
This is not the regular CS/TS phone people, but the social media Community Specialists that know the people to contact to get things done. I personally know as they've helped me on a DVR swap and gone above and beyond.
Include your account #, email address and a good phone # (land or cell) and time to contact you on.
Check the blue PM envelope, upper right on every page, for their reply. Good luck 😉
Chris

@Eddie381 Maybe the Visa gift card will have the amount on it for the TV so you can go buy it? I'm sure AT&T doesn't stock TV's to ship out so you will have to go purchase it somewhere.
As an example, I purchased a mattress set from Denver Mattress and it came with a free 32" HD TV. When I went and picked the mattress set up they gave me a form to complete and mail in. Then they mailed me a card and another form to go to Best Buy and pick up the TV.
Just sayin'
