Get Uverse to house?

I have neighbors north,south, east, and west of me that all have Uverse. However I can't get it to my house. My direct (next door) neighbors north, east, and west all have uverse and are within 200 feet of my house. South of me it's about 6 houses until Uverse starts. So it seems we're literally just the street left out.

Is there anyway I can get Uverse to my house? The blue lines in the picture below represent streets that currently have uverse around me. It seems my street and those on the north side of College Street have been left out :(.

I previously had Uverse and quite enjoyed it. I'd like to kick SuddenLink and have Uverse once again if at all possible!
