Gift Card Scam

Hi everyone, is there a complaint deportment besides PUC and FCC that I can file, I was promised gift card when I sighed up, I called couple of time to follow up they said it will take up to 3 months, and now they are saying that they send it out and I never used it so now it's expired, which is Not true, I never got anything from them, I'm getting the bills fine, when it comes to collecting money everything is fine, but when it comes to gift cards all of a sudden there is a problem lol yea right.... I noticed lots of people had the same issue with the gift card scam but no resolution, can someone direct me to the correct department please Thanks

I called 2 times and att rep told me i will receive it in 2-3 months... and their records show that it was send out ... so it has nothing to do with redeem, my point is, it is a scam to get u in a contract... becouse I never received anything, only thing I got is my bills, and based on the forums I'm not the only one. Also friend of mine is 2nd Level service manager for Att and he said the same thing.. instead of pointing fingers and blaming customers, maybe someone needs to investigate, I'm sure att records all conversations, so go and fix your problems before pointing fingers. Also they said it was mailed out in march, which is a month ago, so how come they are saying it's expired, but your saying I have 90 days ??
Switching to At&t was the worst mistake I made and I will make sure all my friends and family won't make the same mistake,
