Gift Card

Good Morning. I hired the service and received a gift card of $ 200. It turns out that until today I could not make use of it. I've already been to a store, I called, I already sent a message here and I do not know how to proceed. Now, I made the change of address and received one more gift card $300 and would like to make use of them. 

 

No one can tell me about the promised gift card and I do not know how to proceed.

 

Can you solve the problem?

Good night, the problem has not yet been solved! I did not receive the gift card and I can not make use of the same by clicking the indicated link because I do not have the 4 requested digits. Could you tell me how to proceed?
