Gift card
I was told prior to initiating service that i would receive a rewards gift card of 150$ dollars approximately 4-6 weeks after start of service. It has been about 2 months and i have not received anything by email or regular mail. Im on the phone waiting for rewards customer service, hold time now has exceeded 1 hour . Wow, Any thoughts?

To get started, we suggest that you check your reward status by visiting the AT&T Reward Center using your account number and zip code. You can also call the AT&T reward team to ask all reward related questions at 800 288 9983, 7:00am to 7:00pm (CST), Monday through Friday.
