Had fantastic service while I was ordering, the had no problem taking my deposit quickly.
Salesman failed to tell me several important things ( yet took my money VERY quickly) have had done by the time install came. Hit a road block, So, ok switch to uverse and get it finished. I work from home and have had no Internet for two weeks after cancelling Xfinity. Uverse wants MUCH more up front and absolutely ZERO sensitivity or help. I don’t have those types of funds, especially since my first deposit take 3-5 days to get back!! Terrible first time with ATT. All 4 neighbors have changed their minds also after today!
