Haven't received damage claim dollars

I have been trying to file a damage claim for a month now. Customer support is no help. They say they don't know how. I have spoken to dozens of people and only receive a run around. How can I file a damage claim? One represetative, Wanda in Mississippi said that she successfully filed a claim for me. I was supposed to receive paperwork in the mail. That never happened.  I have thousands of dollars of damage to. my home from an installation

Sedgwick Claim Center  844-859-3269 is the new number for the Risk Management Team. They will assign a claim number. Or use https://www.sedgwick.com/your-claim/assign-a-claim

I called the numbers and was told I needed a claim number. I said I called to get a claim number. They gave me another number. I did this for nine numbers and was told to call the original number. Web site needs claim number.
