HBO/Cinema

We agreed that my monthly payment would stay at $161 and change. HBO/Cinema would not be a promotional offer for only 3 months but free for the duration of my service with at&t. I see now that I have a fee charged on my statement for hbo/Cinemax. I was told that they made a note on my account that it would keep being extended and they would call in March for this to be extended. I haven't received a call and the charge is on my account and I can't get anyone on the phone to settle this issue. The guy I talked to initially is Robert. Please call.

No one is going to call you. You can call CS but fair warning: Wait times are longer than usual.

I called customer service twice and when they are supposedly connecting me to someone, I get a busy signal. Actually, the agreement was $139.99 before tax.

NEED HELP?
