HBOGo won't recognize my AT&T Account ... STILL...
Please figure out why HBO Go does not recognize my AT&T account. I have never been able to access this feature which is part of my plan that I have always paid for. The last time I tried to address this issue with AT&T, I was on the phone for 2 hours and no one could figure out why. I was passed to several technicians and no one could figure it out. HBO is included in my UVerse plan. I have had Uverse for at least 7 years or longer ... I also have Uverse internet and 5 AT&T mobile devices. PLEASE assign someone to this ASAP and fix it without me just sitting on the phone for hours.
