HELP! DESPERATE TO RETRIEVE PICS FROM ATT SERVICE CANCELLED

HELP Please!  My ATT service was suspended last week for non-payment.  The total bill was for 2 months, one of those months was the in-advance that ATT charges their customers.  My family had been in the midst of a medical emergency, and I  wasn't even aware my account was to the point of interrupting my service.  Within a couple days of seeing a message come across our tv screen, to pay the bill, they suspended service, and took away any access I had to my email @ att.net.  I couldn't even log on to view the bill.  Frustrated for all that we'd been through, and the absolute lack of customer loyalty by ATT, I just cancelled the service.  We tried, we really did.  We've been a U-Verse customer for years, our average bill is $250/mo., and there have been so many service issues that a manager for the service department once made an unscheduled visit to our home to find out if everything was ok, finding out all that we'd been through, and that we had to figure out what was wrong without their help, he actually issued us a credit for $300.  I have since then spent at least 50 solid hours on the phoned  with support trouble-shooting the on-going service issues.  Twice, I even reached out to ATT on Facebook trying to get someone at ATT involved.  We just stopped using our home phone all together, (all ATT equipment by the way), and didn't even bother calling support anymore for the ongoing service issues with the television  it.
