High AT&T U-Verse Bill
Hello,
I have received a bill of $107 as my offer is finished, i called customer service and they have not given any good offer.
so i have requested for disconnect and for diconnection i called once again to customer service. then they gave me good offer and i accepted that offer.
today when i open and see the bill it is $196 and when call customer service they inform that that person try to add the offer to my account and he could not add and that offer is avaliable any more.
now they said they will provide a offer of $80 where i use to pay only $50 now.
i want to escalate this to someone in higher level so that i can get ride of $196.
