High speed cable install

In October your sub contractor came unannounced to install high spped cable. They were sloppy and in a hurry. You have ignored me, no response at first and now more stalling. The concern is the changing of the drain system. A rain results in a pond that takes a week or more to drain. The yard itself still looks like it was trenced and torn up.
