Home from double mastectomy... to still no Uverse or not internet!

Why are your representatives SO rude, and extremely misinformed about their own product. I have been with Uverse for almost 9 years. In one day I spoke to 10 reps about a billing issue, with no resolve. I was told different things buy each rep. There is no compassion and NO desire to keep existing customers. I called Dallas only to have a regular rep call me back, stating she's sorry for the reps miscommunication, but there was nothing she could do either.
