How can you get a response from somone in AT&T who is empowered to fix something?

AT&T uses untrained contract sales who misinforms new customers on what they are receiving...both in service and credits/rebates.   When services dont work as they should...it seems impossible to get them fixed because i think service is what it is..   lower bandwidth than needed.   How do you contact AT&T executive?

There are so many depts and layers of management that your complaint will never make it to the actual decision makers...you'll make it as far as the retention dept which pays out "hush money" to keep customers on board. Businesses that continue to make money will allow for subpar services because they can. Execs pay attention to market share and the bottom line - only when those are affected do sweeping changes occur.

Please click this AT&T logoCustomer Service link to send a Private Message (PM) to the AT&T customer service team which serves as sort of an escalation group beyond the telephone sales/support people. You can expect a reply via return PM (the blue envelope envelope  in the upper right hand corner of this site, next to your avatar and name) in a business day or three.
