How do I complain about a phone agent
I called today about a problem that I have had with AT%T for months. It is a recurring problem that is AT%T's fault and that keeping recurring and is not fixed. I told the agent that information and she hung up on me. This was after waiting for 20 minutes and talking to a previous agent that said that I needed to talk to the billing department directly (not customer service).
