How do I file a complaint regarding my inverse account
I have been a uverse customer since November and been having the run around some January when my free promotion expired. I called to get it removed and it was never removed and things been down hill since. I was on a promotion until 2019 that is now gone as well and nobody can help fix the problem and actually don’t really care in fixing my problem. I just continue wasting my time explaining the situation over and over again.

@ATTCares I was contacted by att cares agent and was told I would get a phone call during a designated time an date and no one contacted me nor has my issues been resolved. Who, what, when, and how can correct my problems without wasting months and hours of my time
