How do I get in contact with corporate office
I got service installed last Thursday September 13th and since then my uverse tv services were not working at all. Message on screen kept saying my box was not on my account. I called customer service numerous time, had 3 techs come out and the last technician literally told me there’s nothing he could do to fix it, to contact customer service. I called to have my services terminated and the rep i spoke to offered me a way better deal with direct tv, and he also told me I would be charged nothing for the uverse cancellation or anything at all! I get a bill stating I owe 174$ and when I called customer service they told me all they would credit me was 90$ and that I had to pay the rest. Not even 2 weeks into this service and already I’m sick of it. What can I do?! Who do I contact?! Chat and customer service are no help at all.

My name is Sandra *** Account number *** September 1 I spoke to Mary to change my service from Direct TV to U-verse. I was quoted a price of $121.00 for cable with 5 boxes and HBO, $30.00 for the internet and $9.99 for the phone service. Mary also send me a text message which I still have. I received a bill for $706.86. I spoke to a gentleman named Chris on 10-16-18 in customer loyalty, and he found Mary's notes and adjusted my account. I was told my him that my bill would be flagged every month to credit my account to reflect the given totals by Mary. My account was credited. I called again on 11-5-18 spoke to a Mary and a female Chris regarding my bill. Per Chris according to the notes she adjusted my bill for $82.to reflect the correct charges and I asked her for a text conformation and she said she was unable to provide one. I received a credit of $252.01 and $81.38. i was told by Chris I will need to call each month to get this payment adjusted which I think is crazy. Again I just received another bill for $604.87 which includes the current payment due. i am trying to pay my monthly bill but i get different answers each time I call. I just want to be billed the $160.99 charges I was promise without the need to call each month and fight with your reps. My next step is the BBB. Sometime has to be done please get this taken care of . Please response back to the email address ***. I have been a loyal customer for many many years and I deserve BETTER.
