How do I get the rest of my reward? Contracted for $150, they sent $50.

As the title indicates, when I signed up for TV and Internet service, I was promised $150 in rewards cards.  I received a letter today (and subsequently checked the account rewards online) and only indicated $50 was forthcoming.

Who do I talk to about getting the rest?
