How do I reach a specific customer retention manager?

The only helpful person ever was a customer retention manager in San Antonio, who gave me his direct line, which I cannot find. I believe I have his name and ID (his initials and a four-digit number). I asked another cust-retention manager to message him but he probably didn't even send it. Is there a way to email or call someone based on their name and ID? All the reps tell me there's no way but there must be a directory *somewhere*.
