How Do I Reduce TV Service and Save Money???

Over the last month I have called AT&T a number of times to reduce my U-Verse tv package and save money. I have wasted untold hours on this useless exercise. When I finally get a human being they all tell me the same thing, they don't support that area. I have been transferred after waiting 40 minutes to talk to someone after using all the appropriate IVR prompts and then waited over 1 hour more for a human only to be told I had been transferred to the wrong group and that it was too late to be transferred to the right group and I should call back tomorrow. Have AT&T representatives gone crazy? No one can take my name and number and have the right people call me back the following day without wasting my time even further??? I can do anything online it seems to spend more money and nothing to save it. I am ready to quit AT&T U-Verse completely and use other providers for my services. By the way, I am an AT&T retiree and we never, ever treated a customer this way when I was an active employee!

I am in EXACTLY the same position, mindset, and retiree status as you! Good luck on getting a reply here... I've been trying since before thew pandemic... Customer Service is TOTALLY NON-EXISTANT - this is not OUR AT&T!!!

@DragRacerX  Same problem I am not getting all the concessions since bundling. I am paying more than what I was with Xfinity . Shame
